Mihaela-Viorica Rusitoru

is a French Doctor of Educational Sciences at the University of Strasbourg and associated researcher at the University of Franche-Comté in France. She has worked at the European Court of Human Rights, Council of Europe, European Science Foundation and has done research in universities in Finland, France, Romania and United Kingdom.
